Grapefruit & Kapow Sweet Tea


We're loving grapefruit season right now so we thought we'd share this delicious Grapefruit & Kapow Sweet Tea recipe. The perfect thirst-quencher for sunny afternoons!

Ingredients (makes approx 4 small glasses)

500ml water

2 Kapow tea bags

4 tbsp honey

200ml grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)

Orange and fresh mint to garnish


Method

  • In a small pan, boil the water and then add the tea bags. Leave to simmer and brew for ten minutes.
  • Remove the tea bags, then stir in the honey until it completely dissolves. 
  • Stir in the grapefruit juice, then decant the mixture into a jug or bottle and leave in the fridge to cool down.
  • Stir again before serving, then pour into your glass over ice. Garnish with a slice of orange and mint leaves. 

Note: if you like things extra sweet, add an extra tablespoon (or two!) of honey.
