Peach Iced Tea Mocktail

Has Spring got you in the mood for iced tea? Well this is the perfect recipe for when the weather warms up. 

Our Roxy Black goes in strong, so it has a much deeper tea flavour than your average store-bought iced tea. Eden Orchards’ beautiful Peach juice softens it, and the Goodbuzz kombucha adds lemon, ginger and a little fizz. There's no alcohol, but with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint it looks the part at a long lunch or evening soirée.   

Ingredients (per glass)

• 2 Roxy Black tea temples (or 2 tsp loose leaf)
• 120ml boiling water
• 60ml Eden Orchards 100% Peach Juice
• Roughly 100ml Goodbuzz Gisborne Lemon, Manuka Leaf & Ginger Kombucha 
• Slice of lemon and fresh mint garnish 

Method

1. Put 2 Roxy Black tea temples (or 2 tbsp loose leaf) in a heatproof jug and pour over 120ml of boiling water. Infuse for 5 minutes, then remove the tea and let the liquid cool. 
2. Fill a tumbler glass with ice.
3. Measure 60ml of the cooled tea and 60ml of Eden Orchards 100% Peach Juice into the glass. 
4. Top up with Goodbuzz Gisborne Lemon, Manuka Leaf & Ginger Kombucha. 
5. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
