This refreshing and zingy iced tea recipe is a delicious way to enjoy our Luxe Grey tea on a hot day...
Ingredients (makes two)
2 tbsp Luxe Grey tea (or 2 tea bags)
60ml Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Syrup
Fresh/frozen raspberries
Sparkling water & ice
Method
- Make a batch of sparkling cold brew Luxe Grey tea. Add the tea to 1 litre of sparkling water in a bottle; seal tight, and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Put a few cubes of ice in a tumbler and pour in your cold brew tea, leaving a few centimetres at the top of the glass. You may need to pour through a sieve if you use loose leaf tea.
- Add 30ml of Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Syrup, stir, and garnish with a few raspberries.
