Runaway Rose Martini


Described as perfection in a glass; simple, sexy and utterly delicious – this is the summertime cocktail sweet dreams are made of.

INGREDIENTS 

PREPARATION

Make a batch of Runaway Rose tea by taking 2 bags of tea or 3 tsp loose leaf and adding 125ml of boiling water.
Infuse for 5-7 mins, then chill.

METHOD 

Shake tea infusion, elderflower liqueur and gin with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
