Delivery is by courier, and free to non-rural delivery address' for orders over $40.
For orders under $40:
- $4 to urban addresses
- $7 rural delivery
Unfortunately our courier company cannot deliver to a PO Box.
Online orders placed by 10am will ship the next business day. Please allow 1-2 days for North Island and three days for South Island and rural delivery. During super-busy periods such as Christmas, our times may be extended and orders are filled in the order they are received, so please order with a few days to spare.
Returns and Exchanges
We take so much pride in extending the delightful experience of enjoying our tea from order, to delivery right through to infusing, drinking and sharing your tea.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 21 days of delivery for either a refund or exchange.
Tea purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.

Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org along with a brief description of what was disappointing about your order. Feedback is really important to us and we always welcome it. Please include exchange requests and contact information with the return and a tracking number. A return tracked through a delivery service makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
We will make a refund, less delivery costs directly to your bank account, please include this in your email. Orders should be returned to:
