To ensure we are able to get your tea orders to you before Christmas, please place your order on or before Monday 21 December.
Delivery is by Posthaste, and free to non-rural delivery addresses for orders over $40.
For orders under $40:
- $5 to urban addresses
- $8 rural delivery
Please allow 1-2 days for North Island and three days for South Island and rural delivery. During super-busy periods such as Christmas, our times may be extended and orders are filled in the order they are received, so please order with a few days to spare.
Returns and Exchanges
We take much pride in extending the delightful experience of enjoying our tea from order, to delivery right through to infusing, drinking and sharing your tea.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused condition with original packaging within 21 days of delivery for either a refund or exchange.
Tea purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and not eligible for returns or exchange.
I’d like to return or exchange a package
Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Feedback is important to us and we always welcome it. Please include exchange requests and contact information with the return and a tracking number. A return tracked through a delivery service makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
We will make a refund, less delivery costs directly to your bank account, please include this in your email.
