This herbaceous minty oil is incredibly easy to prepare, and brings bags of flavour to any dish.
Prep time 1 minute.
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Minty Ohm tea temple or 3g of Minty Ohm loose leaf tea
Combine the ingredients in a small jar. If using a tea temple, open this up by gently tugging the seams of the temple. Leave for at least 48 hours to infuse.
Serve with fresh bread and dukkah, swirled through hummus, or drizzled over roast veggies and fish.
