There’s something deeply soothing about a warm, creamy latte—especially when it’s infused with floral notes and a touch of salt. This Salted Rose Latte is a dreamy, gently sweet moment of calm, made with our fragrant Runaway Rose blend. The sea salt enhances the floral flavour and adds a subtle complexity that makes this a seriously moreish winter warmer.
Ingredients
-
2 x Runaway Rose tea bags (or 2 Tbsp in a strainer)
-
½ cup boiling water
-
30ml agave syrup (or honey)
-
200ml hot milk (we love it with oat milk!)
-
¼ tsp sea salt
-
Dried rose petals, to garnish
Method
-
Brew the tea and heat the milk: Steep the two Runaway Rose tea bags in ½ cup of freshly boiled water for around 5 minutes, letting the florals fully infuse. While it's infusing, heat the milk in a pan (or microwave) until just before boiling.
-
Mix it up: Remove the tea bags, then pour the infusion into a jug. Add the hot milk, agave syrup, and sea salt.
-
Blend until frothy: Whizz everything together with a milk frother (or in a blender) until beautifully blended and lightly foamy.
-
Serve and garnish: Pour into your favourite glass or mug and garnish with a few rose petals.
