Salted Rose Latte

There’s something deeply soothing about a warm, creamy latte—especially when it’s infused with floral notes and a touch of salt. This Salted Rose Latte is a dreamy, gently sweet moment of calm, made with our fragrant Runaway Rose blend. The sea salt enhances the floral flavour and adds a subtle complexity that makes this a seriously moreish winter warmer.

Ingredients

  • 2 x Runaway Rose tea bags (or 2 Tbsp in a strainer)

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • 30ml agave syrup (or honey)

  • 200ml hot milk (we love it with oat milk!)

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • Dried rose petals, to garnish

Method

  1. Brew the tea and heat the milk: Steep the two Runaway Rose tea bags in ½ cup of freshly boiled water for around 5 minutes, letting the florals fully infuse. While it's infusing, heat the milk in a pan (or microwave) until just before boiling.

  2. Mix it up: Remove the tea bags, then pour the infusion into a jug. Add the hot milk, agave syrup, and sea salt.

  3. Blend until frothy: Whizz everything together with a milk frother (or in a blender) until beautifully blended and lightly foamy.

  4. Serve and garnish: Pour into your favourite glass or mug and garnish with a few rose petals.
