Sparkling Kapow with Matcha


Fresh, zesty and layered with flavour, this Sparkling Kapow with Matcha is a cold brew that really delivers. Our Kapow tea brings together kawakawa, lemongrass, cardamom and chilli for a bright, aromatic hit with gentle warmth, while vibrant matcha adds depth, colour and a smooth, balanced lift. Lightly sweetened and finished with citrus, it’s a refreshing, feel-good drink that’s both energising and nourishing.

Method

  1. Make a batch of sparkling cold brew Kapow: Add the tea temples to a bottle of fizzy water, then leave it in the fridge to infuse for around three hours.
  2. Add the matcha powder to a small bowl, pour in the hot water and whisk. Then add the agave syrup and whisk again. 
  3. Fill a large tumbler with ice and pour in the cold brew kapow, leaving two centimetres at the top.
  4. Pour in the matcha, then garnish with a wedge of lime.
