Cacao Chai Overnight Oats

This quick and easy overnight oats recipe is a delicious way to infuse your breakfast with our soothing and gently spiced Cacao Chai tea... INGREDIENTS (1 portion) 1 cup of wholegrain oats 1/2 cup of Cacao Chai tea 1/2 cup of Raglan Food Co. Vanilla Bean Coconut Yoghurt  2 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp ground cinnamon A pinch of salt Suggested Toppings Sliced banana Cacao nibs Chopped nuts Fresh berries METHOD Brew a cup of Cacao Chai tea and leave it to cool down Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, stir, and leave in the fridge overnight (minimum 4 hours) Add your favourite toppings and enjoy a delicious breakfast!  Note: If you have a sweet tooth, you can add a tablespoon...

Green Tea Collins

This vibrant and refreshing twist on a Tom Collins cocktail makes a great treat on a sunny afternoon... Ingredients  2 tbsp Lightning Green tea (or 2 tea bags) 45ml gin 15ml sugar syrup Sparkling water & ice Lemon and rosemary to garnish Method Make a batch of sparkling cold brew Lightning Green tea. Add the tea to 1 litre of sparkling water in a bottle; seal tight, and leave in the fridge for 3 hours. Put a few cubes of ice in a highball glass and pour in your gin, sugar syrup and cold brew tea, leaving two centimetres at the top of the glass. Stir well.  Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!

Kapow Margarita

Try this super refreshing twist on a classic margarita, made with our bold and punchy Kapow tea!  Ingredients 45 ml of Tequila 100 ml of chilled Kapow herbal tea 20 ml sugar syrup Ice Salt and fresh lime for the glass rim and garnish Method Make a simple sugar syrup - ¼ cup sugar with ¼ cup water, dissolved over the stove and let cool. Rub fresh lime around the rim of your tumbler glass and roll the rim in salt. Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard. Pour over ice in your tumbler and garnish with fresh lime.

Raspberry & Bergamot Iced Tea

This refreshing and zingy iced tea recipe is a delicious way to enjoy our Luxe Grey tea on a hot day... Ingredients (makes two) 2 tbsp Luxe Grey tea (or 2 tea bags) 60ml Six Barrel Soda Raspberry & Lemon Syrup Fresh/frozen raspberries Sparkling water & ice Method Make a batch of sparkling cold brew Luxe Grey tea. Add the tea to 1 litre of sparkling water in a bottle; seal tight, and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
