Black Tea Hot Toddy

When the temperature dips and your body craves something soothing, a Black Tea Hot Toddy is the perfect companion. This comforting classic gets a refined twist with our Roxy Black tea — bold, balanced, and full of character. Steeped strong and paired with molasses, lemon, and a splash of whisky (or not, if you prefer), it’s a warming tipple that's perfect for winter evenings.  Ingredients (per cup) 1 Tbsp Roxy Black tea (or 1 tea bag) + boiling water 30ml whisky 1 tsp molasses (or honey) 1 wedge of lemon Star anise to garnish Method Steep your Roxy Black tea in boiling water for 3 minutes. Green Tea Collins

This vibrant and refreshing twist on a Tom Collins cocktail makes a great treat on a sunny afternoon... Ingredients  2 tbsp Lightning Green tea (or 2 tea bags) 45ml gin 15ml sugar syrup Sparkling water & ice Lemon and rosemary to garnish Method Make a batch of sparkling cold brew Lightning Green tea. Add the tea to 1 litre of sparkling water in a bottle; seal tight, and leave in the fridge for 3 hours. Put a few cubes of ice in a highball glass and pour in your gin, sugar syrup and cold brew tea, leaving two centimetres at the top of the glass. Stir well.  Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
