IngredientsÂ
2 tbsp Lightning Green tea (or 2 tea bags)
45ml gin
15ml sugar syrup
Sparkling water & ice
Lemon and rosemary to garnish
Method
Make a batch of sparkling cold brew Lightning Green tea. Add the tea to 1 litre of sparkling water in a bottle; seal tight, and leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
Put a few cubes of ice in a highball glass and pour in your gin, sugar syrup and cold brew tea, leaving two centimetres at the top of the glass. Stir well.Â
Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!

Ingredients
45 ml of Tequila
100 ml of chilled Kapow herbal tea
20 ml sugar syrup
Ice
Salt and fresh lime for the glass rim and garnish
Method
Make a simple sugar syrup - Âź cup sugar with Âź cup water, dissolved over the stove and let cool.
Rub fresh lime around the rim of your tumbler glass and roll the rim in salt.
Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake hard.
Pour over ice in your tumbler and garnish with fresh lime.
